Corneal abrasion
Hello I think I have corneal abrasion it feels like there is something in my eye and is a bit red so I was wondering which medicine should I use to heal it

There may be a foreign body in cornea or in the upper tarsal conjunctiva as well.. Please visit ur nearby ophthalmologist and sort it out please

Hello A. You can use lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently . having said that,there could be some foreign body in eye. I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

Lubricant drops and a broad spectrum antibiotic drop will help. If the abrasion is large a bandage contact lens or bandaging of the eye may be required.
