Cronic feet pain
I twisted my ankle 6 days ago. My feet was swollen below the toe thumb n 1st fingure. I get cronic pain there whenever i stand/ walk since I put body weight. Please suggest what should i do.

Greetings, sorry about your pain.  Rest should be your priority.  do not stand or walk.  Use assistance for walking.  Give ice for 5 minutes thrice a day.

get it checked with an orthopaedic doctor for fracture.   this should be your priority right away.

if fracture is ruled out, then take rest. see a therapist near you to assist you further with exercise or treatment protocol.  if fracture is present follow as instructed by orthopaedic doctor. if any further concerns do let me know.
