Dandruff and weight
I am taking a treatment where doctor has adviced me to take medicated ghee.. some virechana process. Although I read online and it says not to be done for weak metabalosim people. I am bit worried should I have ghee everyday. As my weight is already 10kg more than my age and height.

Take a suggestion from that doc itself that can you combine an exercise or activity among with your treatment process just to neutralize the effect of extra fat intake through ghee.

Hi dear I would suggest that kindly consult a dermatologist for treatment of dandruff Bvz it purely a infection which can be treated. I dnt think ghee would help you much in this. For your weight concern you can consult direct with all the report and parameter so that I can help you out for same. I have my clinic in Navi Mumbai itself.
