Hello I need some more information about you..what is your present health status,  reason for weight loss is it  some thyroid or anemia etc ??

Hi, Weight gain is a gradual process and it requires a lot of personalized dietary approaches. Drastic changes, excessive workout, or supplements will give only short term results. Improving your overall food intake and regular physical activity will help you in putting on weight. It is important to analyse the cause of weight loss, hence a  personalized diet session is highly recommended for you as it takes into account your lifestyle, routine, sleep, eating habits, medication, medical conditions if any, stress, height, weight, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. As a start following guidelines can be helpful - 1. Set in a routine for sleep, meals and exercise 2. Never skip meals and have balanced meals 3. Incorporate protein rich foods such as dals, pulses, sprouts, dairy, non-veg in every meal 4. Ensure two fruits throughout the day preferably 5. Exercise daily for 45 minutes. Mainly weight bearing exercises will help in weight gain 6. Never exercise on an empty stomach eat a fruit before preferably banana as it is calorically dense 7. Post exercise protein is important 8. Hi Have a well balanced diet containing all coloured varieties of foods..like nuts ( fistful), all seasonal fruits, all vegetables, leafy vegetables, have bananas one or two everyday, daily, have milk shakes with fruits first thing in the morning, high biological value protein, you can have meat , fish, egg whites and yolk, chicken etc if non veg... Moderate fat consumption., Can have ganji i,e starch of rice, fiber consumption.., consume more amount of variety beans , dals, legumes.. Healthy lifestyle such as light exercises, walking etc...to be done.. No to outside foods, deep fried items, .. Home cooked food is best option..for you, Increase the portion size of the meal you consume little more..chew food really well... Ok planned diet has to be followed till ur weight gets stabilised to normal. Eat plenty of greengram sprouts,vegetables and fruits everyday in ur breakfast,lunch and dinner. Eat 5almonds,2 walnuts,10 raisins,2 figs 2 drydates everyday followed by milk in the morning. Include two tsf ghee everyday.in ur diet. Drink enough water, 200 mlbuttermilk everyday. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hour everyday. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs at night. Avoid fastfood,preserved food,bakeryfood,oily spicy foods .

I need to know your height and weight. I need to know the reson behind weight loss. Also need to understand your lifestyle and Exercise . Includes high protein intake. Have combination of good carbohydrates and good fats. Exercise should be included in routine.
