Have a well balanced diet containing all coloured varieties of foods..like nuts ( fistful), all seasonal fruits, all vegetables, leafy vegetables, have bananas one or two everyday, daily, have milk shakes with fruits first thing in the morning, high biological value protein, you can have meat , fish, egg whites and yolk, chicken etc if non veg...
Moderate fat consumption., Can have ganji i,e starch of rice, fiber consumption.., consume more amount of variety beans , dals, legumes..
Healthy lifestyle such as light exercises, walking etc...to be done..
