Decreased movement of neck over time
Hello Sir/madam, 3 weeks back I had a problem with my neck. After full night of sleep when I was changing sides on my bed, I heard a crack sound from my neck. When I tried to get up it was extremely painful for me. Whenever I tried to get up from sleeping position to sitting position it was very painful in back side of my neck.also, it was very painful to move my face to right side, so I kept my looking straight or to left side. After some days I was fine. No pain in neck region at all. But from last 4 days I am feeling pain in my neck again. For day 1 I was feeling pain in the back side of my neck only when I tried to move my face up or  down after a certain angle. For day 1 I thought it will go away automatically. Instead I have started feeling pain when I move my face towards left or right now. The amount of area that I can move my neck without any pain has been decreasing everyday. I don't know what to do.please help.will it go away with time? Or should I go to doctor immediately.
