Neck & upper back ache for 3 days
1st day after washing up I had a stiff neck but pain kept increasing and spread to my entire upper back by the next day. Its the 4th day today and pain is still not reduced. What can this be & how do I resolve it?

Gm.., it seems u have  weakness around neck muscles n hence is the pain n stiffness
Next Steps
visit a physiotherapist Take ifT/ low load cervical traction also do supervised exercises sessions learn n follow posture n ergonomic advice

Hello, you may have strained your upper back and neck muscle , please apply alternately hot and cold pack and visit nearby physiotherapist , they will give you ift and us to relax the structures

U might got spasm around your neck !! Kind of strain !! Visit near by physiotherapist as soon as possible
