I had sex on 1st July then I took I pill before 72 hours and I had bleeding on 12 july but from that time I didn't get my period why is it so

After that it you have not done sex then no chance of pregnancy.If done do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
