My pregnancy test result is negative but periods 8 days delay and having lot of backpain n legpain headache and body pain and now a days I am suffering from lots of stress . And disturb about delay of period and negative prega test result

Stress itself cn cause delay in periods.
Other causes include hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts ,pcos.
U need to do a beta hcg blood test and an ultrasound pelvis to know the cause
