Delayed periods
Hello Doctor I was 13 days late for my periods. And after my last period in month of July, I and my husband had unprotected sex. So I thought I have missed my periods because maybe I am pregnant. On 10th and 11th day, I did HSG test using I-Can and result was negative. On 12th day I consulted a gynaecologist and told her everything, she then suggested me to get an USG Pelvis ultrasound. I got the reports with everything normal, nothing could be elicited. My gynae then told me that it is likely to have missed periods because of my lifestyle since I had put on weight and I was overweight,So she further suggested me to get a blood test to rule out Pregnancy. I got my reports yesterday only that was 13th day and they were negative with Beta value 1.2. she also prescribed me a medicine named meprate 10mg twice daily for five days to get my periods. Now yesterday I got my periods naturally without the medicines. So now what should i do? I needn't worry since my period cycle is going good.
