Delayed periods
I'm a 31 year old sexually not active female. My periods have always been regular max one day delay never more. This is the 1st long delay expected date was the 6th of Feb. Long due. Taking fit D 60K. Experienced period like cramping around period date 6-8. No bleeding. No pain now. No signs of period approaching.

Causes of delayed periods cn be pcos , Thyroid disorder , hormonal imbalance , stress , medication , ovarian cysts etc. If u hv a history of recent weight gain then pcos s more likely. Do an ultrasound pelvis and connect direct
