Delayed Periods
My usual date is 26th but it's been delayed 5 days now. Experienced a spotting and minute lower back pain yesterday but nothing has happened today. Usually, my periods get delayed by 5-10 days max. What can be the reason for this?

If you hv been sexually active better first do a urine pregnancy test..
there cn be other reasons like hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , ovarian cyst , medication etc which cn cause the same
