Dengue detected
It started with last Friday with a fever of above 102, got the CBC/Malaria test done, concluded bacterial infection and started with medication. Till Sunday fever kept coming back in 3-4 hrs so visited doctor. On suggestion got dengue test done, this time it came positive. Visited hospital, got CBC done where WBC was 5k and platelets 1.9L. Doctor suggested no admission and rest at home. Also suggested to perform CBC everyday. CBC result yesterday : WBC-3.2K, Platelets - 1.44L CBC result today: WBC-4.3K, Platelets - 1.51L Should we continue rest at home with lots of fluids, papaya leaves juice and paracetamol. Fever still comes back every 6 hrs, between 100 & 101.

Yes you should continue the same treatment as directed by your treating doctor, the WBC and platelets count seem to be within normal limits so you should continue the treatment at home. Stay well hydrated.
