Weak gum could be sign of condition called as generalized periodontitis or aggressive periodontitis.you are very young to loose teeth .If it is very much mobile then go for extraction and get a new one.splinting of the same for time period could give you temporary results only.for overall checkup and treatment please visit your dentist .If it is because of any other underlying disease then your dentist would let you know and what best treatment can be given to you.dont worry nothing is scary in dental treatment , it will always give a beautiful smile at the end .
