I am sure you have been informed about the restrictions on smoking, if you are a non smoker than your better placed. Long term success of an implant depends on periodic recall visit with your dentist for routine checkup’s and scaling, it’s just like your normal tooth.
Next Steps
Having snacks and meals is not a restriction, but maintaining a meticulous oral hygiene is mandatory either be it a mouthwash or even brushing. Mouthwash can be used twice daily initially in the maintenance phase and gradually only in the night
Health Tips
Considering your age and no medical ailments, Implants would definitely last a life time, if the above advice is followed strictly. There no medicines to make it strong other then visiting your dentist once in 6 months
