Root canal or implant
Heyy, I went to doctor for the consultation from practo she said extraction and implant will be the best option. Can we do root canal for this tooth ? Or extraction is the only option . Please see the x ray and lemme know about what option is better.

Its actually very deep caries. You can try with rct first
