my daughter have Type 1 diebetes
and I m keeping insulin pen in refrigerator but when we are going for out of station how can i carry insulin in train while travelling
is it ok to carry insulin pen without ice box in train
or as u suggest me

According to me, u should carry insulin storage cool pouches while travelling, rather than carrying ice boxes.

For 24 hours it's not a problem. u can safely take it. But it's always recommended to keep it refrigerated. U can use small chiller boxes, easily available in the market for the same . Other wise , as soon as you reach your outstation destination, you can use the refrigerator available thr
