Myself a Banker in Gurgaon. I am having a weight issue (not so serious) I am overweight and wanted to start a diet. But I lived away from house and their not proper food arrangements. My daily schedule force me to skip the breakfast and eat some street snacks on daily basis. Even after my over weight I got vitamin B-12 deficiency (I am a vegetarian) I seriously wanted to Chang my life style. Could you suggest me some quick veg (including egg and dairy) food options which are perfect combination of carbs, fat, protines and vitamins and can be easy to cook and full nutritious at same time. Like :- breakfast options, egg, almond, milk, bred, dark chocolate etc. Thanks
