Hi doctor my son is 2.7months old we are doing breastfeeding as well as giving nan pro 1,his weight is 7 kg.
For formula milk we are diluting the 1 scoop of powder with 30 ml of water.
My question are we preparing the formula milk in correct order?
Is my son overweight? What to do if he is overweight?

He need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
