Diet at eary morning
I am a player. I have to do exercise and Yoga early in the morning. It take almost 3 Hours. Timing is 4:30-7:30AM. What i should intake so that it will give me energy as well as dont feel heavy during exercise like skipping or running. Please suggest something.
