Take enough proteins and fibre in your diet.Also calcium rich foods like ragi,milk,eggs are beneficial.Take adequate amounts of liquids like soups,dals to have a good breast milk flow.Raw fruits and salads should be part of each meal.

Yes its good.... Take high calcium high iron diet... High protein also..... Calicum rich food should take daily Eat dry fruits , fruits, without any restriction you can have all foods , offcourse not outsided food
