Hi, You need well balanced weight reduction diet. Include more fruits, leafy vegetables and other vegetables and complex carbohydrates. Include exercise in your daily routine. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day and should have sound sleep about 6-7 hours. You can have small frequent meal, which help to reduce weight.
