pineapple and papayya may be taken in later stages of pregnancy but not initially like 3 to 6 months basing on your physical state and well-being..and other things ..as for now you can continue with your thyroid medication and follow your doctor's advise and continue with meds..

Its is advised to avoid papaya  and pineapples  in pregnancy, continue to add foods rich in carbohydrates,such as rice or chapati  etc along with protein rich foods such as dhal, pulses,lentils milk and products  nuts and vitamin  and mineral  rich vegetables  fruits etc regularly  in your diet,include walking regularly  as an exercise  option
