Weight loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (walnuts, almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Besides these factors, we need to take into account that there are no hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss. Kindly contact us to get customized diet plan & workout plan.

Hello, according to your height your ideal body weight is around 75 kgs, try coming down to that and now further down. We need to make sure that your diet is not very high in visible fat and/ or high in processed food items, and simple sugars, concentrate more on low fat protein sources like low fat milk, its products, white meats, etc. Have complex carbohydrates in the diet like whole grains, and include invisible sources of fats that is through nuts and oil seeds. Make sure you have at least 45 mins of physical activity in the day.
