I'm 26 and weighs only 58kg. I sometimes feel loss of appetite. Whenever I tried of gaining weight by increasing my diet, my stomach was not able to digest it properly. On regular basis also I feel like I have digestive issues coz of which I'm not able gain weight.
Whenever I eat food, after sometimes I feel like going to the toilet. Tried liv52 but no results. Can anyone plz suggest me something

For gaining weight, you can consider these suggestions :
1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours.
2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food.
3. Include dates and figs in your diet.
4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan)
5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Just increasing food alone won't help out to gain weight. Every food has its unique combination of nutrients with it, So including the food items in balance helps in a healthy well being. Imbalance or improprer inclusion of foods in the diet obviously effect the digestive system.
Whatever u mentioned about your complaints are only because of poor digestive functioning which is caused by improper diet followed by you.
