I stopped breastfeeding to my 2 yr old baby. She is asking feeding only at sleeping time. Otherwise ok. But I m feeling so guilty not able to stop my tears. Feeling dipress ed. Not willing to do anything. Want to leave everything n just sleep for long time. I'm Crying alot. What to do. Pls help. Should I take any medicine?

Very common feeling of every mother post partum or post weening.. but not able to do anything because of that is a matter of concern. This also may be due to post partum blues continued.. so addressing the issue can be a better option and seeking right help is the need.

It is just frustration and Irritation for not able to get what you wanted..
Talk to your husband and make him understand to take care of your child during night.
Or, you try to sleep in a different room if it is possible..
Slowly, the kid will also forget and then you can sleep with them as usual after few days..
You can consult a psychological Counselor for a therapy to get some clarity and acceptance..
