My family is used to eating too much spicy and oily food every day. They are having weight issues as well.. what could be possible side effects and lifestyle dieseases due to such food habits.

Hello. Highly seasoned and spicy foods can cause disorders in digestion. This can also lead to a burning sensation further as they age. High oil in the diet will increase the levels of bad fats in the body that is the saturated fats which gets converted to unhealthy triglycerides that deposit in the body can cause many metabolic disorders like diabetes, hyper tension, obesity, heart conditions which would be life threatening.
