Disturbing thoughts and negativity
Hi From past year iam having disturbing thoughts in my subconscious mind it is always there that my close ones will die or something bad will happen to them. Or may be I will get diagnosed with some fatal disease what will happen to my children. Iam almost sure that I have some fatal disease. Also there is no such support from my husband side,he hardly talks with me . whenever I say him that I need counselor he takes it very lightly. With time I have became very emotional there are frequent outbreaks . sometimes I don't feel hungry at all and my mind is blank What can I do, please suggest.

I think may be you are suffering From Generalized Anxiety Disorder with Affective disorder. Fear and panic also come along with this two disorder. You must Consult Doctor for medical help and Consult Psychologist for Counselling and mental health improve ment. We have to know the details case history to solve your case. Be brave and uphold your self confidence level. You can overcome this situation. You need  few thing - 1. Learn to accept 2.Face your problems and fight with it 3. Never give up hope. Mind is the faculty that collects data based on whatever you experience through your sense organs - eyes, ears, mouth, nose and skin.
