Do and don't eat for PCOD victims
What things I should have more and lesser to cure PCOD and also weight control. My weight is 70 which should be 55 ideally. Doing healthy diet and yoga+ walk daily. In my case PCOD is the main reason for weight gain. Are dairy products allowed? Please suggest. I have milk in night and curd in afternoon on daily basis.

There is no one single food that is a NO for PCOD. The diet has to be constructed around based on your goals and diet habits.

Hello. Yes, following a healthy diet along with physical activity will definitely help you loose weight. But you having a hormonal imbalance, the loss will be a little slower, but with dedication, nothing is impossible. Less use of simple carbohydrate foods, high oil foods, junk foods, and more use of high complex carbohydrate foods, high fiber foods, low fat foods, high good quality proteins in the diet will help you eat healthy. Yes you can have milk and curd, but making sure that the milk products are low fat products.
