Do I have ostheoarthritis??
Since one I have pain while standing for long hours..just asking.. looking at the reduced joint space..

There could be osteoarthritis. But you may have to check your blood uric acid levels. That may cause knee pain. Quadriceps Strengthening Exercise will definitely benefit

It's mild osteoarthritis. Take some anti inflammatory medications. Quadriceps strengthening exercises

Mri is normal.slight reduction in medial joint space. Take cartigen tablets.and start physiotherapy knee Quadriceps strengthening exercises
