Does fish oil tabs give you acne

I started taking fish oil. I think It's giving me acne. I did have acne prone skin but not much. Or is there another reason

Fish oil or sea food or omega 3 fatty acid is infact known to improve acne if consumed in significant amounts. The dose needed to see the improvement is around 1gram to be taken at least for 6 weeks to see the results.
