Triple marker is only screening test. It's not confirmatory. Even nipt is screening test. But sensitivity is high. Confirmatory is amniocentesis only. In high risk means one baby can have downs syndrome and other 249 babies can be normal.

These r screening tests.
If the baby is diagnosed with trisomy 2, by amniocentesis, there is no cure, it being a genetic abnormality.
