Dear Dr Good evening. Sir I am patient of POAG BE. Presently I am suffering from Dry eyes my doctor's advise me take Omega 3, kindly advised me any alternative of Omega 3, can use Seacod oil capsule  alternative of Omega 3. Please advised me. With Personal Greetings and Warm regards.

yes you can use.but at the same time  you must use some lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
