You are at right place for treatment for glaucoma ,sometimes after trabeculectomy when glaucoma is in advanced stage eg CD ratio is 0.9 , there remains the chances of decreasing vision after glucoma Surgery that is why doctor wants to keep patient on eye drops.as long as possible when glaucoma is diagnosed at advanced stage.
