Dry face watery semen stress and anxiety
I m doing night shift job. I have lot of stress for no reason, due to stress food does not regulates to my body. Earlier my face used to shine a lot but nowadays it became dry, plus i have a watery semen however i eat heavy food twice in 24 hours.

Hi Dear,if u r doing night shift job..so u hv to add Nutritive diet in your Menu planning like dried fruits,fruits ,juice ,salad ,egg, n water intake approx 4 litters.  N 8 hour proper sleep. U can take heavy food but add some curd,butter milk n add wth that.avoid junk foods.if u want your proper diet chart
