Dry needling
I have teeth pain from almost 3 years. I have been doing treatment from past 2 years. I did root canal and everything but the pain has not gone yet. My xray's are normal and my teeth are fine. I have visited many doctors and everyone says there is nothing wrong with my teeth. I dont know what to do now Why i am having this pain? One of them said its related to brain and i should try dry needling. Is it safe? Will it be helpful?

Have you consulted a neurologist? There is a possibility that pain is neurological in origin. Dry needling can be safe if performed by a experienced therapist. However results may vary.
