You seem to suffer from seborrheic dermatitis. The hairfall you have is transient then and it will go with the therapy. So don't worry about that. But pictures are needed for proper consultation diagnosis and treatment. Don't use local products as you must be feeding the baby.
Health Tips

Do u have dandruff? With the history you are giving it could be seborrheic dermatitis and is treatable.. but I need you to send photos of your scalp and face so that can come to a proper diagnosis and treat accordingly.
