I am 20 years old and used to binge eat. Now,I am trying to control mein eating pattern and avoid fast foods. I somehow lost 8 Kgs over past few months but everytime I eat, I feel that I am not full and satisfied. How to know that I have eaten enough and my tummy is full??

Nice to hear. Congrats on weight loss..Eat a complex carbohydrate so that I stays in stomach for long time. Eg.pulses with husk. Eat vegetables and whole fruits more..
