Maintaining a health weight is Important for those with As,as  excess weight places stress on the bones and joints of the body, which can make symptoms worse. Diet play important role for reducing inflammation in the body. Foods that r beneficial For AS. Omega - 3 fatty acids, add fruits and vegetables, calcium rich food, sources of vitamin d, Avoided food:sugar, salt, high fat food.
