Eg. Self doubt-Low confidence
I left my job as i felt not being fully used of my skills. I decided to learn and enhance myself with better skills or an additional degree for a better job. However it has been 5 months, i cannot make myself concentrate on studies. I am self doubting or finding excuses to do what i am supposed to do.

You could have continued working and studying for additional qualification and skills, which gives better mileage when seeking for a better and compatible job than giving a gap in career. By doing so you would have great confidence and a thrust to push yourself. Now you might be confused and/or will look for excuses to procrastinate the next step. Whatever has happened is in the past. Now begin from where you can begin. If there is a confusion consult a career Counsellor and if required do a psychometric analysis to find out your core strengths and possible limitations.  There will be a clarity to take the next step forward.

We need to there for few yrs to learn or use our skill. Concentration on studies depends upon our interest. Be focused on your goal. It may take few more days to achieve.Be and hold your confident. Confidence is a feel you make it mindfully.
Next Steps
Takk to your trustful friend or parents about your feel. IF your sadness or stress effects your day  today functioning for more than 2 weeks . then you can consult a psychologist.
