Emotionally feeling low
It's been more than 5 months now that struggling with feeling completely low. Somedays I'm fine and somedays I feel completely feel low not want to do anything. It's so tough for me to struggle with this situation. I locked myself in a room and cried where I don't find myself that what should I do it's just getting tough day by day.

If you have anyone close that u can talk to... Talk to them and pour out ur heart somtimes speaking out is all u need which can make u feel better or consult a licenced psychogist to talk about what u r gng thru if there are any signs of mental health issues they will recommend u to consult a psychiatrist for prescribing any medication for the issue... Be brave..

First pat yourself on your back it's brave and very wise of you to write your concern on this platform but at the same time locking yourself in a room will not take care of what you are going through , you need to visit a psychiatrist and get complete evaluation done . All the best

Check your vit  d and b12. If that's OK then start exercising on everyday basis and try to do pranayama and meditation everyday.
