Can take thin barley gruel for breakfast. Drink plenty of plain buttermilk.,tender coconut water,mosambi/ orange juice plain.Well roped banana robusta.
Lunch double cooked soft rice mashed well with dal vegetable cooked wateronly,pinch of salt.
