Excess weight
Hi, I am 34 years old single woman. I was always healthy and right weight. i was divorced in 2011 and went into depression. I was advised anti depressants and sleeping pills. I would feel so hungry and being a working woman I had to eat whatever was available in he canteen. I am 5 feet 5 inches and my weight was 55-58 in 2011... from 2011 it started increasing to a limit it reached 86 kgs. I am unable to leave those sleeping pills. Anti-depressants I have quit. I do not smoke or drink. Thumbs up I used to but now I have started diet coke to avoid sugar content in thumbs up. I also suffer from PCODs and my menstrual cycle is not normal. Please advise what to do.
