Excessive masturbating addiction
Nightly, I find myself masturbating two or three times, leading to difficulty concentrating, headaches, and fatigue. I truly wish to refrain from this habit, but during the night, I can't seem to stop myself. My workload prevents me from sleeping early. Unfortunately, the high fees deter me from seeking help from a psychologist. Are there any medications that could assist me? Before consulting a psychiatrist, I want to familiarize myself with potential medications.

:You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”

I appreciate your honesty in sharing your concerns. It's important to recognize that seeking professional help, even without immediate financial accessibility, is crucial for your well-being. I can suggest considering practical strategies to address impulse control. Start by noticing situations where you exhibit strong impulse control in your life. Identify those instances and use them as a foundation for building self-restraint in other areas. Begin small and gradually work towards practicing more restraint in managing your nightly habits. While medications may be an option, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional or psychiatrist for personalized advice. They can assess your situation comprehensively and discuss potential medications, if necessary, considering your specific needs and circumstances.
