Excessive tiredness and fatigue
No apparent change in weight, appetite, sleep or workload. However, she is being very tired and fatigued throughout the day, unable to perform basic tasks even. She also says her hands, arms and legs tremble and shiver. Head spinning, feeling dizzy and at other times irritated. Back pain too. I got a set of test done this week. All reports came back normal. No diabetes, BP, thyroid, nothing. Please suggest what could be wrong and what kind of doctor/treatment should I look towards? Thanks a lot!
