Liposuction surgery is a generally done by plastic surgeons are general surgeons and they can cost 60000 rupees starting and go up to 2 to 3 lacs. Liposuction surgery is usually work out well and I would advise you to go for the same if you are unable to reduce your weight by daily exercise. Also you must control your diet before and after the surgery you will have to give up on all junk foods and aerated beverages.
