Extreme Fatigue, Chronic Sleepiness.
Hello, I am a 29-year-old male from Michigan. I have been feeling extremely fatigued lately with absolutely no energy. Every day, I have a chronic urge to sleep during the afternoon. It doesn't matter if I'm ready, watching TV, working on something, or otherwise, I need to stop whatever I'm doing and take a nap. This has been constant for a year. Beyond that, my fatigue affects me when I'm doing trivial/routine chores around the house, like putting away dishes or vacuuming. I'll sweat pretty profusely. Recently, my son has a playpen that I needed to attach the mattress to. The mattress has four velcro slips that go through matching holes in the playpen. Doing that was quick and easy, but I was left sweating and out of breath. This all began around the time I started having anxiety attacks a year ago, but medication (40mg Celexta) has taken away the anxiety and left this...so it's not a side effect.

The symptoms and progression that you describe suggests you may have chronic fatigue. If had a viral fever that triggered this it is more conclusive. Get a detailed physician evaluation to rule out any endocrinal, organ related issues.
Next Steps
Don't let yourself slip into complete inactivity. Keep doing some regular physicals activity even if it is more short duration.
