I am very obese. Online BMI calculators show a body mass index of 47-48. I weigh 173 kilograms with a height of about 190 cm. Plus, I have a high BP and constantly high pulse. Last few times I've measured it, it was around 80-90 BPM. I live a sedentary life style (I work from home). I am very tired of this. What are your recommendations for diet and exercise?

Try to change your sedentary lifestyle.Do have a balanced diet with combination of whole grain cereals + vegetables+dals etc.If you are a non vegetarian ,have egg whites,lean fishes,lean meats .But always include 2-3 servings of vegetables in your diet
Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
