I have 1 year 2 months old boy. I have a slim
body but have gained weight around my tummy which still makes me look pregnant. Also want to loose some weight. How can I achieve that. I work in a company for which I have to leave at morning 8.30 and returns at evening 8.30. please advice me some diet plan or some way in which I can loose my tummy fats.
