Fatigue, swelling on tongue, face area
For past couple of years I have lymph node swelling (5-10years) without any infection no fever or weightloss. Previous diagnosis said lymphadenopathy. However it is seriously affecting my daily life, I feel fatigue and swelling in face area lymph nodes especially, currently a pain in two three spots on tongue is bothering me. Whom should I show it to first ? A dentist, general physician or a cancer specialist ? I have family history of lymphoma in one of my parents. (Diagnosed and trmt over at 2 years) Feel like constant swelling and dull pain on tongue. Also at times shooting pain in parotid gland area near jaw muscles, which lasts a few minutes. Having depression symptoms too because of this. Kindly advise where to start ? Whom should I see first ?

You should go for a general surgeon first...he will check for the swellings based on your signs and symptoms...if he find something suspicious they he ll undergo  few investigations If he dont find anythng he will refer you to general medicine specialist..
