Fatty liver diet.
I have fatty liver and have some questions about what I can eat. I also have high blood pressure. I would greatly appreciate any answers you could give me. Thanks

Hello For fatty liver and high BP # Stop eating refined carbohydrates like White bread, excess of rice. # Saturated fats and high fat food like fast food,French fries,pakodas, chips and all kinds if junk food # Limit your intake of salt #Avoid coffees,colas, excess tea, packed fruit juices, alcohol
